Foundations of Intelligence Analysis Training (FIAT)

The need for well-trained intelligence analysts has become more critical in recent times. Law enforcement, military, and national security entities all require skilled analysts to interpret growing amounts of information.

The FIAT course was developed by a consortium that included the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C), Law Enforcement Intelligence Unit (LEIU), the International Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts (IALEIA), and the Regional Information Sharing System (RISS).
This course has been certified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, National Preparedness Directorate, National Integration Center, Training and Exercise Integration’s Training Operations as course number AWR-204.
